FIRST DAY: arrival to Bari and transfert to Trani. Going to Castel del Monte, great manor-house with  an octagonal plant, the most famous and mysterious monument built under Frederick IInd in 1249.
AFTERNOON: Transfer to Ruvo di Puglia, once Lombards’ and then Byzantines’, minted its coins and made abundant ceramics. Visit to the Cathedral and to the MUSEO JATTA with its collections of more than 2000 jars imported by Greeks  or made in Apulia, dated back to 5-3rd century b.C., as the renowned attic crate showing the “Death of Talos” (5th Century b. C.)
Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight staying.

SECOND DAY: departure for Conversano. Nice walk through the lanes of the historic centre. Visit to the Romanesque Cathedral and the Monastero di S. Benedetto. Going to the Norman Castle which houses the precious paintings of Paolo Finoglio (1590-1645), author of the pictorial cycle of the Gerusalemme Liberata. Lunch in a characteristic restaurant.
AFTERNOON: Visit to ALBEROBELLO, the “trulloes town”, UNESCO HERITAGE since 1996. Walk in the meanders of the medieval borough with the traditional craftshops in the more of 1500 trulli of the city. Visit to the Trullo Sovrano, with its nice frescoes it is the only one with plan raised. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight staying.

THIRD DAY: Departure for Martina Franca. Visit to the historic centre, with the lanes and courtyards, surrounded by the sumptuous elegance of its barroque palaces, as the Duke’s Palace dated back to 1668 house of the Summer Festival of lyric music “Festival della Valle d‘Itria”. Going to Cisternino, messapic town with white washed walls houses. Lunch in a characteristic restaurant.
AFTERNOON: Going to Ostuni, the "white town", because of the light coming from the white-washed walls of its houses. Walk trough the historic centre, visit to the the great fifteenth century late Gothic Cathedral which stands on the hill upon the ancient borough, the Palazzo del Seminario and the Palazzo Vescovile with riches Baroque portals.
Dinner and overnight staying in a masseria.

FOURTH DAY: after breakfast transfer to BARI Palese Airport and departure.
